Alisher Rustamov is a secondary school English teacher and has 22 years of teaching experience. He graduated from Djizzak State regional in-service institute as a teacher of English for secondary education in 2008 and from Djizzak State Pedagogical Institute as a teacher of Russian language. He was a regional trainer of English teachers from 2012-2017 and is currently involved in organizing local training for English teachers.
