Zamira Bakirova is from the Andijan region. She received her undergraduate degree in English Language Teacher Specialization at Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages in 1986. She started her teaching career at Sirdarya State Pedagogical Institute as an English teacher in 1986. In 1987 she continued her teaching at secondary school #45 in the Andijan region in Jalaquduq district. Since 2002 she has been teaching at school #18 as an English Language Teacher. She worked as an English Teacher Trainer to teach English teachers during the 2015-2017 years in the Andijan region, Jalaquduq district. The program provided free English classes for English teachers to improve their teaching skills and raise their knowledge. As a Core Teacher Trainer, Zamira is looking forward to contributing to the TESOL program in Uzbekistan, implementing student-centered teaching methods.
