Mamutova Zinaxan is from Kegeyli, Karakalpakstan. She received her bachelor's degree in English philology from Karakalpak State University. She has been an English teacher at school number 10 since 2014. She has also been a teacher trainer since 2016. In order to improve her teaching skills, she participated in different training courses. She also participated in several educational conferences with her scientific articles and earned some certificates. She runs an English club where she works on developing pupil's grammar and speaking skills. She also successfully passed the eligibility test for a monthly salary bonus in 2016 and the second time in 2019. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to finding innovative and effective methods in the teaching process. She would like to improve her English level and collaborate with other teachers to make the experience.
