Xamdamova Nargiza is from and received her Bachelor's degree in Philology English language from Fergana State University. She started her teaching career in 2003, and currently, he works at school N⁰14 since 2018. She was a trainer and taught teachers 2019-2020. She also participated in different conferences and took certificates. Besides, magazines and newspapers have published her articles. She has tutorial courses at school, and she is always ready to assist her pupils. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to learning innovative educating methods and styles. She would like to help make the Uzbek education system equal to the world education system.
