Yulbarsova Hilolakhon is from the Andijan region. She received her undergraduate degree in English Language Teacher Specialization at Andijon State Institute and started her teaching career at secondary school number 3 in Pahtaobod 2003. Since 2005, Hilolakhon has been teaching at Specialized boarding school number 7 as an English Language Teacher. She was the trainer for the weekly course on "Enhancing Professional Development of Foreign Language Teachers in the System of Public Education" during 2015-2017 for central in-service and retraining Institute of Public Education Staff named after A Avloniy. As a Regional Peer-Mentor Teacher Cohort I, Hilolakhon is looking forward to contributing to the TESOL program in Uzbekistan, implementing student-centered teaching methods.
