Aliyeva Nilufar is from Navoi and received as a finalist in Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher from ESN: STT program. She has been an English teacher at Specialized Secondary school number 4 since 2017. She is professional and efficient in her approach to work and very well-liked by her colleagues. She is well presented and able to work both independently and as part of a team. She believes that she will make a valuable addition to any training program that she may join. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, with the help of this program, she can learn about new educational theories, methods, and practices, enabling her to become a successful teacher.
