Saidakhon Ataboyeva is from Asaka, Uzbekistan. She received her bachelor's degree in English philology from Andijan State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages. In 2004, she began her pedagogical career at State Specialized Boarding School #24 in Asaka. In 2014, she received a "Best Teacher of the Year" award. The same year, she also received the "Excellent Teacher of Public Education" award. In 2015, Saidakhon volunteered to recruit trainers to enhance English teachers' professional skills. In 2016, she won the "Best Teacher" contest, organized by the British Council and Ministry of Public Education. She also participated in trainings in Glasgow Caledonian University in the UK. During 2018 to 2019, Saidakhon participated in international conferences to present her thesis. This program motivates her to continue her research work and help more teachers with professional development.
