Oleg Beliy is from Nukus and received his BA in Russian language and literature from Nukus State University in 1997. He has been an English teacher at Progress School in Nukus since 2004. As a Core Teacher Trainer, he is looking forward to raising his level of skills in English teaching, designing materials, that will be helpful to English teachers, and sharing his own experience in the field of education with his colleagues from other parts of Uzbekistan.
