Venera Bekmuratova is from Nukus, Uzbekistan. She received her bachelor's degree in English philology and master's degree in English linguistics. She has been teaching for 12 years. She is an English teacher at the Presidential School and is an active member of the school staff. She always seeks ways for professional development. She participated in the teacher training course at the London Metropolitan University in Great Britain. She is a teacher trainer and a member of UZTEA. Venera often collaborates with other teachers and contributes to the improvement of teaching in her community. She was a participant of the Fulbright Program and gained valuable experience and expertise with colleagues in other countries. She also encourages her students to participate in extracurricular activities, including debate, drama, reading clubs, and organizing volunteer projects.

As a Core Teacher Trainer, she is looking forward to gaining experience and expertise to improve personally and professionally, implementing these lessons in her work to make her community better. More experienced and knowledgeable educators lead to greater societal benefits for the country.
