Yusupova Xafiza is from the Bayaut district, Sirdarya region. She graduated from Gulistan State University, majoring in Roman-German philology in 2000. She has also had a practical psychologist's diploma, which she got in 2020 after seven months of study in the Retraining Institute. She has been working as an English teacher at school number 34 for about 17 years. She also experienced as a regional trainer in weeks courses held under the Ministry of Education between 2014-2016. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to obtaining a vast number of American Councils' teaching materials and sharing with her colleagues with pleasure. She hopes considerable positive changes will appear in the teaching career of all English teachers.
