Shakhnoza Yarashova is from Surkhandarya. In 2008 she graduated from Termez state university and majored "English philology." Since 2006 she has been working as an English teacher at school 6 of Termez district. Today she is a high category teacher at school and has already received monthly salary bonuses by STS(DTM) under the cabinet of ministers of Uzbekistan twice. Moreover, after school job, she helps many students with their grammar, phonetics, and writing skills. Her foremost intention from the RPM ESN program is to earn new knowledge, methodological support from professionals and share them.
