Zarina Ravilyevna Mustafina is an English teacher at Secondary School #74 in the Surkhandarya region in the Denau District. She decided to teach because of her high school English teacher, Mrs. Proskofiya Alekseyvna, who had a unique teaching style that helped her to see the world in a new way. She struggled in the subject and was generally uninterested in school, but Mrs. Alekseyvna personally engaged with her and enabled her to see her potential. Zarina is a very outgoing and self-motivated person. Every day she gets a great sense of achievement from seeing her students develop and grow as individuals. She really wants to be a Teacher Trainer. She wants to participate in the ESN program. This program opens doors for teachers in a big way and also helps the teachers to create new ideas, new methods, and new techniques of learning and sharing knowledge.
