Umida Tursunova is from Navoi City, Uzbekistan. She received her bachelor’s degree from Navoi State Pedagogical Institute in 2002. She has been an English teacher since 2009. She has been teaching for three years at School #4 in Navoi City. Now she operates English tutorial classes for university applicants. From 2005 to 2009, she worked as an operator for Perfectum Mobile cellular company. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to participating in this program successfully, and she hopes to improve her background in English so as to contribute to the profession of teaching.
