Shakhnoza Umurzakova is from Uzbekistan, Jizzakh. She graduated from Samarkand State Institute, the faculty of English philology, in 2011. After graduation, she has been working at a specialized school, N22, in Jizzakh as an English teacher. Ten years of experience allow her to grow a leader personality who supports others when facing methodological problems. Participation in various conferences and training allowed her to work as a trainer from 2006 till 2009. During three years, she was able to improve herself as a trainer. As a regional peer Mentor Teacher, she is looking forward to collaborating with her colleagues to strengthen her intellectuality and broaden her teaching horizons. She believes this program will lead her to be in touch with international teachers
